FE-Depositor Beta 2.0
The FE-Depositor Beta 2.0 showcases the improved features discovered during our first round of testing the FE-Depositor Beta 1.0. While still under development the FE-Depositor 2.0’s improvements speak for themselves both esthetically and functionally. Some of the improvements include; larger threads and finger knobs to secure mold rails which allow ease of attachment while reducing free parts. While also removing the need for any tools expect fingers and hands. Rigid metallic mold rails reduce the risk of damaging or breaking plastic mold rails. Round two of the beta testing is in full swing with 10 FE-Depositor Beta 2.0 units in production environments as of 6-13-21. All of our beta testing has demonstrated the core Patent Pending innovation to be successful, and along the way we have incorporated several design changes based on input from our beta testing. We are pleases to see that the core innovation, bar weight uniformity, is holding @ 0-3 grams. Outside bars are 0-1 grams different, averaging .25gm difference, while the inside bar tends to be heavier by 2-3 grams, averaging 1.8gms heavier. With the help of craft chocolatiers around the globe we will continue to innovate and improve our design until it exceeds the exceptions of the industry.
Our production release will feature many improvements derived directly from craft chocolate manufacturers. Further improved bar weight, Improved mold holder rails and improved disassembly features are just a few thing to look forward to.
