FE-Stand Alone Heating Unit

Keeping chocolate liquid is an important part of driving efficiency during the bar molding process while using a depositing head. While the FE-Depositor can be used effectively without the addition of a heating unit it does require additional effort. Fully washing and drying the unit after each molding session. Refilling the bowl with liquid chocolate as opposed to solid bars. No stopping of flow through the depositor for extended periods of time. These are just a few of the draw backs of a non-heated Depositing head.

The FE-Stand Alone Heating Unit provides safe low voltage (24v) power to a highly conductive heating plate that uniformly heats the FE-Depositor to your desire temperature. Some of the advantages of the FE-Stand Alone Heating Unit include; direct temperature measurement of heating plate, PID temperature control, water tight sealed heating plate, easy & in-situ attachment of heating plate, quick change power/data cable.
